Insulbricks provide a fire retardant expanded polystyrene [EPS] formwork for casting concrete structures. When interlocked and filled with concrete, they create a solid wall with remarkable insulating properties for both internal and external walls.

Insulbrick series 240 are used when the project requires extra strength. The concrete core provides enormous strength able to carry enormous loads. Multistorey construction, basements, retaining walls or where the walls have to support suspended slabs are all examples of when insulbrick 240 is used.

NOTE: The insulbrick 240 is manufactured with high-density polystyrene. This provides a much stronger formwork for the placement of the concrete.
